Tree house construction updates...

Chris spent most of this week constructing the walls of the tree house in our garage.

The walls are extremely heavy and thankfully our engineering neighbor agreed to help Chris Friday night move them into the woods and up onto the tree house platform.

Chris wanted to offer a bit of advice for those of you that shop at Lowe's. Did you know that you can negotiate the price of clearance items? He was able to purchase several fully functional windows at $30 a piece. This week's project will be the roof. Stay tuned.

  6. We also get mis-tint paints at our local sherwin williams store for 5 bucks a can. The colors are great and they have interior and exterior types of paint in stock most of the time.

Memories will be made in such a great tree house...
