I {heart} paper garlands...

If there's ever a shortage of crepe paper or craft glue, blame me. I love love LOVE the stuff. More importantly, I've come to the conclusion that after helping faculty with technology all day long, shutting off the computer and getting out the scissors, paper and glue makes me extremely happy.

This is my Halloween banner from Paper Glitter.

I just embellished it further by gluing fun fur yarn on the back.

I also found this lovely moon graphic on graphics fairy and turned it into a moon garland.

I thought my witches needed a little something special. It's also some-what covering up the cable box and DVD player in the entertainment center.

In case you want some free paper garland templates, Family Fun has a few ideas here. I'll be putting together a list of my favorite treat/candy containers soon...just in case any of you are throwing a little kid-friendly Halloween shindig of your own. And if any of you are wondering what my girls are doing while I'm crafting away, they are usually right next to me doing their own crafty thing.

If you'd like one of your very own Kim K creations, be sure to click HERE to visit my Halloween give-away post where you can leave a comment to be entered. Drawing takes place October 20th. Happy Monday! I hope you are energized for the week ahead!

  9. Kim,
My Halloween goodies arrived today. Thank you again. Our jack o lantern looks much happier sporting his party hat. Doug was amazed by the amount of things you sent. He thought maybe it was a magic, bottomless box. As I "may" have mentioned before, I LOVE the Bingo card ornament. It looks great in my house. I appreciate you sharing some of your Halloween spirit with me. Love, Sherry
