I wanted to show off a couple of other items in my craft room that are my guilty pleasures. This is a child's ironing board that is covered with quilt batting, fabric and ribbon.
It holds vintage greeting cards and a few of my favorite pictures of the girls.
I also have a record player that I listen to while I craft.
Right now, I'm enjoying Perry Como and Tony Bennett. Call me old fashioned, but it's so soothing to listen to LPs. Most thrift stores are selling albums for less than a dollar now.
Here's a sneak peek of what I was working on until midnight.
I'm in full blown Easter mode. Instructions on how to make these two different style candy cups will be in a few days. Most of the supplies for this project can be found at the Dollar Tree.
Have a wonderful Sunday.
Ahhhhh, crafting while listening to Tony Bennett! Heaven!

Love LP's....
ReplyDeleteBrings back childhood memories, and all the fun things you could do with them, like going really fast, slow, oh, we were entertained :-)) And the crackles that come on first...
