I think I'm going to start a series about the Target dollar bins...Target Transformations. Who doesn't love Target's $1 and $2.50 dollar bins?
A few weeks ago, I picked up this Target $2.50 wreath and turned it from this...
Using this bag of pink silk flowers and white floral tape (found at my favorite mission thrift store for .50 cents) I gave our Target tree a mini makeover.
I also took the tree out of its ugly plastic container and put it inside a favorite teapot.
Don't ask me how many teapots I own. Perhaps that's a blog post for another day!!

I love your Target makeovers - A tree in a teapot how perfect!
ReplyDeletePS those dresses are a wonderful and special gift. I recently found a couple more at the thrift store, so happy!
You are so talented! Your house has to be called the Easter house because you have so many cute decorations. I managed to have one bunny this year and that's it! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe what you did to that tree. Very smart to pt it in the tea pot. Lovely. The girls look so cute in their dresses. Smiles...Renee
ReplyDeleteWow, you sure are talented. What cute Easter decor. The tree looks adorable in the teapot. How clever.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the Target bins. Or at least I used to. They moved my Target down the road about 10 miles so now I don't stop there nearly as much as I used to. Cute idea with the tree and it looks so much better in your teapot!
ReplyDeleteI think this is one of my favorite Target transformations. I really did giggle out loud when I saw how cute that tree was sitting in the teacup. The girls look ADORABLE btw :0)
ReplyDeleteLove the tree! You can't even tell it was once the Target version!
ReplyDeleteKim we are so impressed but not surprised. You have inherited your moms talents. That teapot has inspired me to try one with all our teapots. Love Aunt Jean and Aunt Marian
ReplyDeleteYour little tree is adorable, it looks so cute in the teapot. I love your idea of a Target series, it should be lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteThe girls look very nice in their dresses.
I just love how you put the tree in the teapot. I'm not nearly as clever as you...I saw the tree and wreath at Target the other day and just walked on by. Perhaps I should go back?! So, you must simply have more Target makeovers for those of us who need your inspiration!
ReplyDeleteYou really go all out! The teapot is the icing on the cake.
ReplyDelete*Waves at the gorgeous little girls*
