Easter came early at my house...

I participated in an Easter Basket Swap hosted by Cerri at Little Pink Studio. I was the luckiest lady. I was paired with Vivian from viv out on a whim

The Easter basket Vivian provided was this darling wicker basket and filled to the brim with all kinds of goodies.

Everything was packaged so cute.

One of my favorite items was this adorable needled felt chick pin cushion.

I also received this lovely vintage chick bottle cap pin.

It went on my jean jacket right away.

I also received this lovely vintage paper banner.

Love all the crepe paper ruffles, vintage images and tiny little details.

It’s on display and hanging from my bedroom mantle.


The best part of this swap was being paired with Vivian.
She’s become a favorite new blog friend.

    I'm so glad you liked everything! and I agree, the best part about this swap was meeting a great new bloggy pal! and so now.. where did you get those awesome easter blocks on that shelf???? how stinking cute they are!
    well, i'm off to do my easter basket shopping... you would think that since they are all grown up it was get easier and less expensive, but no.. at ages 22, 24,25, and 29.. I'm gone from 4 baskets to theirs, their boy/girlfriends and a grand baby! not to mention my hubby! so off I go to find the fixings for 10 easter baskets.. perhaps I should wear some bunny ears and pin a pompom on my butt! (well it would be fun.. but I wont,... lol)
