It's super easy and super cute!
1. Mix up a batch of traditional white cake mix and divide the mix into three bowls.
2. Mix blue food coloring into one bowl and red food coloring into a second bowl. Keep white cake mix in the third bowl.
4. Swirl cake mix with a spoon or drink stirrer.
5. Bake and decorate.
YUMMY!
She looks right at home with my red, white & blue bottlebrush trees!

ReplyDeleteLove the cookies! I bought red and blue food coloring yesterday to make some decorated cookies. Perhaps I will give these a try too!
ReplyDeleteI plan on making these this weekend. I hope you are enjoying your time at the beach. I can't wait to hear from you when you get back.
ReplyDeleteCute cupcakes...I am attempting the Martha cookie design on mine. Hope they turn out well because I have been assigned cupcakes for two 4th celebrations!

Much love,
Cindy
I always need to see some cupcakes! Hope you're enjoying your unplugged time at the cottage. The cottage that we go to every year in Wisconsin had WIFI for the first time this year. I have to admit that it felt a little weird, and I only checked email twice!
ReplyDeleteHappy 4th!
