Schools out!

As of 10:50am this morning, the girls are officially done with school!!

It was a year of new academic challenges, incredibly early bus rides, and lots of new friendships. We couldn't be more pleased with how hard the girls worked and played in school this year.

If you hear angels singing, it's just me celebrating the end of packing lunches!!   Bring on summer vacation!  PS. Thank goodness I have a hubby with a k-12 work schedule.

  1. Great photos...enjoy your summer. Especially the girls, they grow way too fast. I am always wishing I could have my" little "girls back...they are grown with their own families now. I love being around them any time...but sometimes I'd love a tea party with them , like we used to do. Smiles, Susie

  2. Congratulations! It is always a relief when the year is over. It sounds like your girls work hard, but always have a smile on their face. A nice balance of work and play! I'm looking forward to seeing what you have planned for the summer. My kids aren't out until the 21st. I'm off to make yet another lunch!!

  18. There's your little school house!! :-) I know how excited you are to have the girls on summer break! I always breathed a big sigh of relief to be done with homework and projects for a while. And to think that some schools want to go year round... that's just insane if you ask me.
