I recently shared our new bedroom fireplace mantle.
This week, we had a visitor drop in for a visit. In case you need to own a pair of your very own witch legs, they are currently available at Pier 1. They are meant to cover table legs, but I just stuffed them full of tissue paper and added a few glittery spiders.
They come in different colors but I thought the purple looked rather attractive...especially with the glowing fireplace embers.
This week has been extra busy with the new semester start-up at work and I can't wait to find some time to play in my craft room on special Halloween projects.
Enjoy your weekend, friends. Prayers to all those affected by Isaac.
What a great idea!!

Those are so great!! Love the way you displayed them!! xo Heather
ReplyDeleteVery cute idea!
ReplyDeleteI couldn't comment on Josie's cute pictures...apparently driving along 131 we go in and out of service. Josie looks adorable and older! She must have grown this summer. Big sister did a great job. So nice you can count on Emma to do what she can to make Josie feel loved.
You are a lucky Mom!
Have a restful holiday weekend!
What a fun idea! I am so amazed at all your creativity!
ReplyDeleteSo very fun! And so you, the would be fun for a Wizard of Oz party too. Your mantel is perfect for seasonal decorating,
ReplyDeletePier 1 really has some great pieces, we used to have one downtown, but they closed it down, made me sad, it was a fun place to browse for unexpected items.
I love witch legs! I saw some on pinterest upside down in a concrete flower urn. I love that idea. Everytime I see your fireplace, I go back in time 40 years to our house where I grew up. Ours looked exactly like that...
