Welcome home Emma...

For the last week, Emma's been away at Varsity Marching Band camp at Central Michigan University.

As a sophomore, Emma isn't the new kid on the block anymore.

It's been a week of working extra hard and having lots of fun.

As you can imagine, Josie missed her big sister quite a bit.

On Saturday, we went to CMU to watch them perform and bring Emma home.

 Welcome home, Emma.
You've been missed by everyone, including your little furry sister.

XOXO

  10. Band Camp is such a great learning / team building experience for the kids. But I know you all missed her.
Wishing her band lots of success this year!!
(Ps- I think I won the "worlds worst mom award" when I couldn't find my son on the field during performances. Seriously, you can't tell them apart when they are all in the same uniform and wearing hats that hide their hair and an instrument in front of their face. )

  14. Emma is growing up way too fast! Bet you're glad to have her back home. Oh and I can't wait to see the potting shed made out of old doors. That's been one of my dreams, to make one entirely out of old doors and windows. Time to start collecting vintage watering cans to decorate it, Kim!

  16. Oh what great fun for Emma to be away at ban camp with her peers! I'm sure Josie shared some "special" alone time with you, even though she was missing Emma.
