As you've seen over these last few weeks, Easter holds a
special place at our house.
Although we will be heading to my parent’s home for dinner after mass on
Sunday, I decided to decorate our own dining room table for our own "early" Easter
celebration.
The garden/bunny tablecloth is now 17+ years old.
It's a Wilton Court tablecloth that has bunnies working in their garden.
The green dishes were formally my Great Aunt Marie’s which were then passed
onto my late Grandmother. I feel honored to own them.
The center piece is made with silk
daffodils this year because the real ones are still hiding in our muddy brown yard.
As you can see, I filled the table with a few of my favorite Easter themed planters picked
up from estate sales (as well as
Caledonia Vintage Marketplace) and given Kim K. makeovers.
The yellow vintage nut cups were a recent estate sale purchase.
Happy "almost" Easter!
Wishing you a blessed Good Friday!
