I was looking at past Easter posts of my Easter sunroom tree and couldn't believe how much I've acquired over the last few years.
(Viv - I took your hand-made clay chick and rabbit faces that you sent me a few years ago and made little bodies with pipe cleaners and dresses made from silk flower petals). Love them!
As you'll notice, my tree is filled with lots of eggs, handmade ornaments, floral picks and anything Easter related.I almost hate to admit how many tubs of Easter decorations I really have.
It's not as many as Halloween, but my Easter tubs seem to be multiplying like rabbits.
Decorating for the holidays brings me happiness and I guess there could be worse habits.
I still have a few more Easter collections to show you, as well as my special cloche exchange from Deb, and more Easter crafting projects to unveil.
I even have a Kim K. Easter give-away to be shared at the end of the week. Happy Easter, friends!
I love your holiday trees! The Easter tree made me smile...I just read where a German man has hung 10,000 or so eggs from a tree. I liked yours better! Your comment about Easter tubs muliplyin like rabbits had me laughing out loud...mine are as well. Happy April!
ReplyDeleteWOW you do have quite the collection. Your Easter tree is gorgeous!

OH- HOW CUTE! I just love your Easter tree, Kim. My own is about half that size but I don't know if I am even going to get it set up this year. It depends on when I get home from my daughters. I LOVE those little bodies you made for those heads. That is really clever AND cute! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI love the look of the whole tree altogether! All those eggs look so charming on a tree! And I especially like the doily egg with scene inside- was that a vintage find? Or did you make it?
ReplyDeleteI can not wait to show my husband your Easter tree! He makes fun of mine and it isn't even half that size! love, love all of the different ornaments!! going back to look at the pics again!

Super festive once again! My Easter bins are also running neck in neck with Halloween. I just love holidays plain and simple!

I dont know if it was good gasping or bad gasping! LOL!

So adorable. I think I saw a cloche on your tree. I got mine and my person should get hers tomorrow. Fun swap. Happy Easter to you and yours. xo
ReplyDeleteI was so excited to see the title on your post...Easter Tree. I knew I was in for a treat, it is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteSo many adorable decorations and ornaments. I don't know how you do it.
Your tree is just adorable, Kim! It's so cute and fun, I can see why it makes you happy! The chick and rabbit you made with the clay heads are just the cutest ever!!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing your holiday tree . . . Your Easter tree brings "spring" cheer with its bright colors. A happy sight! I love seeing how much you enjoy creating . . .
ReplyDeleteDid you lose some of your snow? We did until the chill and wind arrived this afternoon . . .
You made the cutest rose petal ornies from the heads from Viv, love them. So much cuteness on the tree deserves a second look. :)
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love your holiday tree! Hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteWow, you do have a lot of Easter tree decorations. And I think I see a little bit of the green stuff out your windows. Spring may be here for good this time!
ReplyDeleteBreath taking! Isn't it amazing all the stuff that we can accumulate in just a few years!
ReplyDeleteBlessings
Linda

ReplyDeleteI love it!! So sweet and springy!! xo Heather
ReplyDeleteYour tree is sooo adorable!! Love it all, so many cuties on it! Those eggs that are decorated inside are so neat!! I love seeing your decorations and its always so inspiring! Hope you have a great day! xo Holly
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteSomehow I missed this! Your tree is so great! I bet the girls just love it.
ReplyDeleteBut I'm in the same boat as you are...my Easter boxes multiplied! That's why I didn't swap this year. For some reason I have more Easter than any other holiday other that Christmas. Don't know how that happened!
But you said it right...if it's what we enjoy, then there are much worse things!
Erica :)
Kim,
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for always satopping by and for ALL of your sweet comments!! it is because of people like you that i chose to return to blogging and will continue to blog!
I LOVE this sweet Easter Tree but you knew that i would. I am doing very few Easter decorations this year because it was too late to haul everything out of the attic after the Craft Fair was finally over.
I will make up for it next year because we will not be holding a Spring Craft Fair as Easter is earlier and we will not take the chance with the threat of snow.....
I am finally getting my house back together after the Remodel, Christmas, Craft Fairs and everything else that i had going on in the last few months.....
Hugs,
Deb
