In between helping Chris with yard work, moving our trampoline and washing down our deck furniture, I scrubbed out my garden shed.
Goodbye spiderwebs! I washed walls and windows and hung new lights.
Even the chenille bedspread and pillows got laundered. It's all set for backyard guests.
Apparently the new term (according to Country Living) is "she shed".
What a fun space! I've not heard the term "she shed" before! I guess if men can have man caves, then we need our special spots too, right? So cute!
ReplyDeleteYour "she shed" is precious! I loved it from the beginning when you were showing all the doors! It is wonderful! You and hubs just never stop, do you? Well, neither do we...I guess it's the creative side of us that has to keep making cute spaces and fun things. Have a wonderful week Kim!
ReplyDeleteThat is the best kind of spring cleaning! Such a sense of accomplishment when everything is sparkly clean and just so. Cute, cute!
ReplyDeleteVery cute, lovin' the chenille pillow with pom-poms:@)
ReplyDeleteYour little She shed is such a sweet little place. It has that Kimmie touch! Love the colors of the doors! Happy Monday my friend!

That is simply adorable!! Love it!
ReplyDeleteIt is a great space! Who wouldn't love to hang out there? This year I bet Josie uses it as much as Emma to hang with her girlies! Maggie
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, that is adorable! You have so many wonderful spaces to fill with all of your wonderful treasures!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week Kim!

ReplyDeleteOne of the fun parts of spring time clean up is "sprucing up" our favorites rooms and places!
ReplyDeleteI love your "spruced" SHE SHED!
Oh I bet you love to cocoon up in there for some quiet time. Sweet space! Love the chenille cover.
ReplyDeleteLove your pretty "she shed" Happy sweet day to you! xo Heather
ReplyDeleteA playhouse for Mamas! I saw a long list of pix on FB last week of darling 'she sheds' and thought what fun we have decorating little nooks to hide in! It was gorgeous here on Friday and Saturday and now we have gray skies and 50s along with 20 mph winds and a rainy forecast! Watch out...it's heading east!
ReplyDeleteA she-shed! What more could a girl want :)
ReplyDeleteSo cute Kim! I love your space below the tree house too! It's so cute and fun! We had wonderful weather Friday and Saturday to enjoy outside :)
ReplyDeleteHappy new week!! xo Holly

ReplyDeleteWhat a perfect place for a getaway spot! I've not heard of a "she shed," though. It looks very welcoming and comfortable! xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard that term but it's perfect! How nice to have a special place for you and the girls to get away...no boys allowed! Well, except your sweet hubby! Enjoy your week! Hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteWow! What a fabulous she shed! I'm ready to move in!
