Gung Hay Fat Choy!

Chinese New Year celebrations will be happening over the next several days at our house. A few homemade chocolate covered fortune cookies are even making their way into Josie's preschool.

I think our taste tester approves.

  5. Yummm! That is one thing we are missing - and unable to get with the Texas freeze. :) Jailyn's gotcha day is Saturday- she wants to share chocolate covered fortune cookies with everyone!
