Valentine Apron

I picked up this half apron last Saturday for $1.99.

On Wednesday (during our BIG snow day) I gave it a Valentine makeover. I added a few heart buttons, a silk flower and a Valentine cupcake pick.

It's now hanging on my craft room door and I've attached a few of my favorite vintage valentine cards with tiny clothespins onto it. I think I'm going to be on the hunt for a few more aprons to give seasonal make-overs.

PS. I loved this apron so much,
it inspired a blog makeover.

Have a crafty weekend!

  5. What a great idea! It looks so cool hanging on your door! And the new blog design is great, too! You are so technically savvy, I love how you can just change up the blog whenever the mood strikes. I always have to sit down with the husband for technical support. LOL.
