Asking for some prayers and postive thoughts...

Josie will be undergoing extensive dental work this afternoon.
This isn't your typical cavity/cleaning appt.

A root canal is one of the procedures.
This doesn't sound fun at age 42...let alone age 4.

This is one of the last medical issues (until her next heart surgery) that was on the original list of concerns when she came into our lives. If I could switch places with her in that dental chair, I would. She's a tough little bugger (her previous heart & hand surgery were major in comparison) but I'm still worried. In my mind, she's still this little thing that's already been through so much.

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
I promise to share updates later today.
XOXO

  1. Josie is definitely in my thoughts and prayers. Any procedure at such a young age is frightening and unsettling. Blessings to you both, I pray the procedure goes smoothly and fixes the problem.

  7. Sending prayers your way. So hard on a momma's heart to see your girl go through all that.

Claire had two teeth roemoved, two crowns and some other work done all in one day. The poor little thing was out f it for about three hours, and then she popped out of it, and acted like it was no big deal. I would have been whining for a week!

    Blessings to you and her!
