After weeks and weeks of decorating and preparing for our Halloween party, it's officially over.
I never give the outdoor creatures as much "blog time" as I do the indoor decorations, so it's only fair that I leave you with a few more exterior shots (don't ask me about the electricity bill..there's a reason we don't decorate like this at Christmas).
Kim, I just had to stop by this Halloween knowing the peek at your decorated home would be spectacular, and boy is it ever!!!! I wanted to share with you the simple but dramatic production that goes on in my yard on this anniversary date of my son and his bride. I hope you enjoy -pretty scary!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your fun day! E

So glad you had another Happy Halloween! I bet you have the packing up down to a science! I've seen your organized Rubbermaid! HA HA!
ReplyDeleteWow, it's all amazing, Kim! Great costumes and decor & lights! Love it that the kitties even got in on the act:)
ReplyDeleteYour Halloween party is absolute incredible!!!!
WOW kids must love getting an invite to your house
ReplyDeleteIt is over! But on to bigger things like Christmas!
ReplyDeletethat kitty cat is so sweet!

J'adore.
i hate the packing up part... and then the in between before decorating for christmas.. I'll probably do it this weekend. I hate saying goodbye to soo much cute stuff for another year. but there is lots of cute stuff to replace it with.. just a lot of work!
ReplyDeleteand you have a lot of work ahead of you too! but something tells me you probably have it down to a science after 20 years!
have a great day Kim!

I must admit...I am excited about what next year might bring. Knowing that you are shopping the shelves this very minute....enjoy it! Smiles...Renee
ReplyDeleteHow cute are those sweet kitties...
Only 364 days until the next Halloween, Kim! Congratulations on such fantastic Halloween decorating. You and your family never cease to amaze me!
ReplyDeleteSuch great photos of the family.
ReplyDeleteThe outside is amazing...I would love to see it in person. All of the kids must come from miles around to see it.
I packed up most of my stuff this morning, but of course I don't have 39 billion Halloween containers like someone else does. I bet you don't have nearly as much help in taking it down as putting it up though.
ReplyDeleteCall me a party popper, but I LOVE taking down our holiday decor almost more than I enjoy putting it up. Funny, but after staring at it for so long I start to feel like the walls are closing in on me. Getting everything back in their boxes just makes me feel GOOOOOOOOD :)
ReplyDeleteI love all of your fun!! If I lived closer I would help you clean up and put everything up!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
That was fun!
ReplyDeleteYou are AMAZING..
ReplyDeleteLove these photos every year..
Have a great week..
Hugzz...
Oh my word...I would hate to have to pack up all that stuff (although I am envisioning doing it with snow on the ground--haha). So glad you guys had a fun party. I know your kids will have such great memories of your special parties.
ReplyDeleteEven the kitty cats had costumes! :-) It all looks so wonderful, indoors and out! I don't know how you are going to top this next year.
