A few thrifty finds...

Although I had fun looking at some of my favorite antique vendors this weekend while we were up north, I didn't come home with anything.

Earlier last week when I dropped off a bag of gently used clothing at my local Goodwill, this stack of small bowls were just waiting to be rescued.

Perfect for a few strawberries.
jellybeans
or Easter m&ms

The bowls weren't the only things that came home with me.  A bag of thread spools came home too.
I'm addicted to making things with spools now...which is Friday's post.  Thanks for another crafting addiction, Sandy!

  1. Oh! cant wait to see what spoolies youve been working on! I've not done much crafting this week. been busy elsewhere. I did start two different projects for a swap, but have ditched them both as I just didnt like what they were becoming!
    have a great day!

  14. Love the bowls. A nice reward for donating your clothes. I drove an hour to an estate sale this morning and found an amazing tin doll house. Can't wait to post some pictures of it. I know you will approve-it is in great shape and I'm so glad to have one for my collection. Have a nice weekend.

  15. Isn't it funny how we take stuff to the goodwill to get rid of clutter....& then bring something home...that doesn't mean we r hoarders right? Cause I do the same thing! LOL! I love those sweet little bowls...you definitely needed to rescue them....hugs Patti M : )
