My ongoing quest for Halloween blow molds...

The Halloween festivities continue with my vintage blow mold collection.
Most of the pumpkin buckets were purchased from estate sales over the past year.  They are balanced on top of each other and I'm waiting for them to topple over the next time I open my china hutch to pull out a dish.
My lighted blow molds stand guard next to my Halloween doll house.  They have gotten increasingly harder to find at estate sales, but I still enjoy the hunt!
Tucked around my blow molds are my Halloween Magpie Ethel creations.
The black cat was my 2011 acquisition.
The little witch was purchased in 2012.
The ghostie was purchased this year.  You may have noticed her in my dollhouse blog banner.
Laurie (Magpie Ethel) is so talented and I always look forward to her Halloween spunhead creations.
I probably still have another 10 crates to unpack of Halloween decorations. I'm not kidding.  We  own more Halloween than Christmas.

In between marching band competitions this weekend, I'll be decorating our 3 fireplace mantles with more Halloween goodness.  On Friday, I'm going to be posting my Halloween Kim K. give-away.  Be sure to check back!

  2. I have two huge tubs full of Halloween blowmolds and I only have a couple that are the same as yours. I just love them! They are the closest thing to recapturing my childhood Halloweens. This year I found a jack-o-lantern that was flat on the back so it could be hung on the wall.

  13. But if you are on a quest for Halloween blow molds, that means there are less for me to find. You just stay in Michigan and I'll stay in Ohio and there should be enough to go around :)

  25. Just came across this blog via Pinterest. I'm searching info on certain blow molds as I too collect. I'm wondering if you have info on some of yours. I am especially interested in finding out the date of my "masked pumpkin light" I just bought Wed. It's imprinted that it is from General Foam but no date. Thanks! Love the blog! Terry
