As we walk...

We've barely had time to explore the area around our a-frame. Once we arrive, we usually stick close to the cottage or get right into the lake water. Last Sunday, Chris and I took an early morning walk and found this beautiful spot.
 This weekend, I'm going to embrace it all.  Every S.I.N.G.LE step!  Come on 5pm!

    Hi Kimmy,
    Just catching up on your blog and it's like a breath of fresh air. Hope your weekend was everything you had hoped. And YES, I AM getting into the Fall decorating mood. Just holding off until school starts.

    For now, sewing my kids some pencil cases (the ones at the store are so flimsy and small) so being that pencil cases are the ONLY thing I know how to sew (thanks to youtube) I've made Nicolai a Star Wars case and Mary and cute one with owls.

    Now I'm going to try and sew her a bookbag (tote) because her locker looks too thin for a backpack. Again, never done it before so this will be a challenge.

    Are you making witches from old dolls? I have a few that I planned on making witches with too.
