Since my last blog post, all our snow is gone and we’ve actually been enjoying spring-like temperatures!
With a very early Easter and such beautiful weather, I was inspired to pull out a few more Easter decorations.
My plantation dollhouse has officially received another holiday makeover. A few bunnies are visiting and they've been busy redecorating for Easter.
The special Easter bunting was made by Patti (Paintin Patti) last year.
Doesn't the plantation house look extra festive?
Have a wonderful weekend, friends. Be sure to take time to play!
Oh my word -- that is so adorable!! I just love it!! We are also enjoying spring temps -- makes everyone feel better, doesn't it! Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSo cute...it makes me want a doll house of my own to decorate. You always do such a great job making everything look special. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I am going to try to decorate this weekend. We are under master bed/bath major construction and everything is moved, stashed and an all around MESS. Another 2 weeks before everything is done and that puts us right at Easter. Trying to look to how wonderful the new bathroom will be but I have my "scream" moments.
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend
Hugs
I just love your Plantation House and how you deck it's halls for each holiday. I am so out of crafting mojo and haven't even done a blog post for a month. I have a craft day with a bunch of crafty friends next week, so I am hoping to get my mojo back. As always I look to my favorite blogs to get inspired! =D
ReplyDeleteVery cute! Enjoy the weekend and nice weather:@)

It really does look even more festive! How wonderful! Warmer temps here too!
ReplyDeleteI just love the challenge of finding tiny seasonal decoren we do some holiday scenes with vignettes with our Dept. 56 house but it's all exterior.
ReplyDeleteCute, cute, cute! Now I am inspired! I haven't put out a thing yet. Look at your happy little dolly home in your super fun and kid filled family home! It's a GOOD LIFE - isn't it! Blessings to you Kim!
ReplyDeleteKim,
ReplyDeleteSo Sweet!! I am just starting my Easter decorating as we took advantage of the warm weather that we had in the beginning of the week to pack away the outside WInter decorations and clean up the yard and front porch. So I will start my Easter decorating this weekend now that I am off.
Hugs,
Deb

ReplyDeleteHi Kim, as always, your plantation home looks wonderful all dressed up for Easter! So much fun! I like how you use all sizes of treasures for your creations! Adorable white picket fence, what did you use for the flowers?
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Gina
We are enjoying spring like weather too! Unfortunately, I may skip decorating for Easter this year since my St. Patty's decorations are up! I may go straight to spring, in general!
ReplyDeleteReally cool Easter decorations! Thank you so much for nice Easter mood.
