Halloween deliveries part 1...

Over the weekend, several boxes were delivered to my home.  My husband now understands as he carries in another set of boxes from the front porch, why I enjoy spending so much time sending out packages to my blogging friends. 

I'll be spreading out my special deliveries over the week and I'm starting with my Witch Hat swap hosted by Viv.  My partner is Lori from Red Shoes and Glitter .  A lovely collection of Halloween treasures, including this darling hand-made black cat were included in my box.

Isn't the paper shoe divine?


Luna was eager to inspect all my treasures and was most intrigued with the feathers on my witch hat.


My new witch hat now sits proudly on top of my Halloween tree in the sunroom far away from our curious kitten.


My witch hat is the perfect Halloween tree topper.  Thank you, Lori.  It's been so much fun seeing everyone's witch hats appearing on each other's blogs lately.  Such a fun theme for a Halloween swap.  Thanks for coordinating this swap, Viv.

    good morning Kim, love the stuff that lori sent you. YOu know, she probably made that kitten. thats what she does. she makes miniature bears, rabbits and cats!
