$1 bin treasures at Michaels...

I hadn't been to Michaels since early December (a new record I think) and their dollar bins are currently filled with some fabulous items right now.  If you are a Mary Engelbreit fan, just look at what's waiting to come home with you!!

Aren't these adorable mini kits?

Love the decorative clothespins too.

I picked up a bunch of these miniature paper flowers to use on a few of my Valentine crafting projects.

Here's a sneak peek at what I did with some of the roses.

Donna and I have been paired with each other to decorate chocolate candy boxes and then fill the interior of the box with goodies.  I'll share more pictures of her special box  in the near future.

Have a thrifty crafty weekend, friends!

I think this makes you a crafting enabler, or do you prefer co-conspirator? Can't wait to see your Valentine box and what you receive.

I'm off for three days of crafting/swapping fun.....have a great weekend.

    Hugs,
    Meri

  6. Love those bins at Michaels! I try to be a good girl and only use my 50% off coupons on the largest item but all those little things just jump into my cart! ♥

  10. Wow-I love all the ME stuff. I haven't been to a craft store since before Xmas either-but I've been bogged down with this painting project. I can't wait for it to be finished. I'm sure you'll be making good use of all that cuteness!

  18. Aren't those buttons the cutest? I imagine you'll have some company in the craft room, it was 17 above today here. If it's comin' that way you're good for an hour of skating then some hot cocoa.

  20. Oh - I got some of the M.E. items, and I was just so excited to cross stitch those little cherries, it's been so long since I did something like that. I thought I might use the papers to cover a wooden bird house. Someone did that online - did you see it?

  24. So jealous! Looks like you scored at Michael's. All they've had in our clearance bins these past few weeks are some Thanksgiving odds and ends.
