Looking up!

It's almost the weekend and a busy one awaits with lots of extra adventures!  More details to follow on Sunday.

When the ladders were out a few weeks ago, our infamous witch took flight above our stairwell.
She is always Chris's favorite lady during the Halloween season.
The clouds are made from quilt batting and wrapped around plastic light holders with fishing line.  Miniature white ceiling hooks hold everything in place. Black lights cast an eerie glow and create lovely shadows on the ceiling.
A large honeycomb spider also is suspended from the living room ceiling along with a bride and groom that float above the dining room table.

Here is a close-up of the chandelier and all its Halloween embellishments.

A group of  witches and owls congregate above the entertainment center.
Halloween garland and a Bates Motel sign lead the way downstairs.
I wasn't kidding when I said we use every possible surface at Halloween to decorate.
The countdown continues with the official party scheduled for next Friday.
Have a boo-ti-ful weekend, friends!
Halloween hugs from my house to yours!

XOXO

  17. While everything looks fabulous, I have to agree with Chris, the witch and clouds over the stairs is in the perfect spot. You two should hire yourselves out as holiday decorators. Do you mind a party crasher or two?
