Oh, how fun! I used to love seeing lake houses in Mary Engelbreits magazine and I kept going "Cute! Cute! Cute!" looking at your fun vintage decor. You are so lucky! You'll be able to play with this doll house for years! =D
Am sure it will be the first of many magical fourths at the cottage. Fun seeing it all come together and makes estate sale adventures all the more fun with a new thing to search for.
You two are the most driven decorators on the planet! You aren't showing the pictures of the elves (like the ones who helped the Shoemaker) that helped do all that work while you went to sleep! Absolutely the best home on parade that I have ever seen!
So charming and fun . . . exciting times ahead! One of my best high school friends parents had a cabin in northern Minnesota. We would have the best times going up there for a week, two, or more in the summer. My friend inherited the cabin and three years ago we had a three person reunion back at the cabin! So cool . . .
Looks like a perfect place to spend the 4th! Love your lawn chairs. And super love that Chippewa Lake sign! I used to go there when I was a kid. Now it's one of those scary abandoned amusement parks. Have a blast this week.
Thank you for following our adventures. I always enjoy reading your comments. Happy crafting! Happy thrifting! PS. Ignore that "robot" verification. You can ignore/skip that step since I can't seem to remove it from blogger.
I had no doubt that you would quickly be putting your touches on that wonderful retreat! It looks perfect! xo Nellie
