A sad passing...

Dear God,

Will you please take care of my guinea pig? She died this evening and is with you in heaven. I miss her very much. I am happy that she was part of our family for over five years. I hope you will hold her and feed her apple slices, oranges and crunchy carrots. She likes to lay on my lap inside a blanket all cozy warm. I got her when I was in kindergarten and I'm now in fifth grade. I am posting a picture of her so when you see her, you will know that she is my guinea pig. I already miss her.

Love,
Emma

Goodbye Harriet. We will miss you. Rest in peace.

Oh Emma, I am so sorry to hear this news. Your note brought tears to my eyes, as I know how hard it is to lose a beloved furbaby. We lost our Lou in August and I will never, ever forget him. He was our oldest dog, and had been with us our entire marriage -- 10 years! We used to joke that he was the reason we married, but he was even more than that. I often pray that he will be awaiting us when it's our time to go to heaven, and I truly believe he will be. Always think of the warm and fuzzy moments with Harriet, and remember that you made her life special and loved.

Emma
I am sad too because tomorrow is the day my sweet daughter left to be with God. She was sick and could not be with me anymore. I know she is taking care of your beloved guinea pig! I am so sorry for you...God Bless

Dear Emma~ Our Cody will keep Harriet happy and busy in Heaven. They can talk about our funny families and how Josie and Chloe are so much alike.
I bet they are sharing carrots and oranges right now!

I am so sorry about Harriet, Emma. It is hard to lose a furry baby--We lost our Sophie seven years ago, and we still miss her dearly! Remember all the good times you shared together, and that will help get you through! I am sure that Sophie and Harriet are having fun in heaven right now--Harriet is eating her crunchy carrots and Sophie is eating her "chicken sticks" (Gerber baby chicken sticks). She had a wonderful life with you, and I know that you made her feel like the most loved hamster in the world!

Much love from your friends in Tennessee (and we are sending prayers to heaven for you),

Dear Emma,
I am so, so sorry for the loss of your sweet Harriet. We lost our cat, Cosmo, just over a year ago after having him for 12years and it was awful. Russell, Halie, and I all cried and cried...but then we realized that he is in heaven waiting for us and that one day (hopefully a long time from now) we'll arrive in heaven and Crazy Coz will be there to drive us crazy all over again! I truly believe that when our pets die that they are there waiting for us...just over the Rainbow Bridge.
I'll be praying for you, Emma.
Love,
Robin
