Early morning crafting...

I got up early to do a bit of crafting this morning before all the chaos starts for the weekend. My Aunt Marion had dropped off several boxes of crafting supplies that she had discovered in her basement and I fired up the glue gun and dug through my stash of Halloween supplies.

Thank you for the sweet dolls, Aunt Marion.  I'm already plotting their outfits for Christmas too.   Emma's high school is hosting an all-day Marching Band invitational today. However, it's pouring rain outside. Darn. Looks like we're going to be spending our day cold and wet.

What's on everyone's agenda this weekend?

How cute those little dolls are, Kim!
I'm sorry about the rain.:( We have beautiful sunshine here for the first time in several days.

Keep as dry as you can!

Oooo, A whole box of kewpie dolls, how fun. My plans are a visit to one of my favorite thrift shops and them spend the rest of the day in my craft room. It's going to be a wondeful Saturday. Don't get too wet!

Well now, I want an Aunt Marion who just happens to discover boxes of craft supplies in her basement!
Lucky you! Your kewpies look like they're wearing expensive cowl neck cashmere sweaters! Ha!
Too Cute,
Erica :)

Cute!! I remember those Band Booster days of sitting in the stands, trying to stay dry under rain ponchos, and feeling bad for the kids out there on the field, getting soaking wet! Those competitions go on rain or shine.

Those dolls are adorable. I'm still working away at my luncheon preparations. I have almost gotten all 18 of my nametags done, and I'm painting three of my 7 craft tables....busy, busy, busy.

Love ya
