I taped some garland to ordinary party hats and party horns for some added New Year's eve "
bling".



I've got a few more New Year's eve decorations up my sleeve.

Bring on the New Year! We are attending the Make Believe Midnight at our local Children's Museum this year so I will have to drool over your party! I can't wait to see more!
