Chocolate covered fortune cookies were a big hit at preschool last year for Chinese New Year.
See this post for more pics and instructions for making these yummy treats.

I'm home with Emma who has a day off from school.
We'll be hitting several stores for some mother-daughter bonding.

Oh, what fun! We're home today, too. I think I may have to do some CNY crafting. I was going to do some yardwork...in preparation for the SW visit for our next adoptions.....
But, I'm going to craft with the girls instead....maybe. I will have to psych myself up for that. ;)
Great idea to use the bunny cookie cutter for CNY, I'll have to get around to doing that.
I saw you featured on Brag Monday!! I had a feeling I'd see you on there one of these days :)
Great ideas! My husband LOVES frosted sugar cookies-but they don't fit in my diet....lol.

As always, Josie looks adorable! Cookies are cute too! I made a new ginger cookie recipe yesterday, and it was delicious. Cookies are fun and easy treat.
I don't know what looks sweeter, that child or the cookies.
