P is for pinafore and play dishes...

I'm going to be dragging out last Friday's estate sale acquisitions for weeks.  It was such a great sale. This pinafore apron was found in the bottom of a trunk and smelled of old moth balls.

After a good soaking and some ironing, it looks as good as new.  Isn't the rabbit stitching darling?

The best part, it's actually close to Josie's size!

Right next to the trunk with the smelly pinafore, was a bag of children's metal dishes.

We seriously don't need more play dishes, but for the $2 price tag, they had to come home with me.

Who wants to come over to play?  Pretend cooking is my favorite kind of cooking.

That pinafore is precious. My Mom made me one that was very similar when I was a girl. Just adorable on Josie! Great deal on the dishes too. Play cooking is the best.

I love all the play cookware and dishes. The little bread pans remind me of when I was a kid and played with those. And the little Easter pinafore looks very sweet on Josie.

How sweet Josie looks in her vintage apron! It's a perfect fit. A new hockey player in the family, how wonderful. Oh how those skating photos remind me of my husband playing hockey on our frozen pond with our son. Such fun! Elizabeth

Oh Kim, Those estate sale finds are to die for. What good luck to find a bunny pinafore heading into the Easter season. It has found the perfect home! Also, I can never resist MORE little dishes. I would have scooped them up as well. Have a great rest of the week! Tricia

What adorable finds. Josie looks so cute in that apron. My grandmother gave me some little metal dishes that were my moms and Madison plays with them when she comes to my house.
