Early morning remembrances...

"Above all, we must realize that no arsenal or no weapon in the arsenals of the world is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women." -Ronald Reagan
We were up and out of the house very early this morning.
Emma's marching band performed in a short parade followed by a full service at Grandville cemetery.

Thank you for your service, for protecting us and keeping  our nation safe.

Thank you for letting us share this important history lesson with our family.  We are remembering those who paid for our freedom today.

I am your newest follower. I'm off to look at some of your older posts now. Have a great rest of your day! Gina at Victorian Wanna Be

Jack and I made a committment to attend a Memorial Service this year. Memorable and meaningful.

I liked your post, words and photos. How important it is to be reminded of our freedom and showing respect and honor for those who have died for our country.
