Mail call and the Easter Bunny plays with glue guns!

I have to thank two of my favorite blogging friends who recently sent me packages.
Linda from Lutaandco sent me a box filled with dolls just waiting for makeovers.

I haven't had time to play with all of them, but one of them is now ready for a future patriotic celebration at the Plantation dollhouse.
She also sent me several handmade Easter ornaments.

I just added some fresh white glitter and a few new embellishments.
She also included a few  pumpkins that will be perfect on my Halloween tree.  Thank you, Linda.

Lynne from Irish Garden House sent me two special vintage sugared eggs.
I worked hard to capture the interior with my camera. Here's a peek at one of the insides.
Thank you, Lynne.  Aren't blogging friends are so generous?  Thank you, ladies!

Saturday morning, the Easter Bunny went on a quick trip to Five Below and purchased a couple of $1 wind up toys.

Did you know that the Easter Bunny plays with glue guns?

For those of you observing Lent, Happy Palm Sunday! The Easter decorating countdown continues at our house!  PS.  The Easter rabbit blow mold light will be making an appearance soon.

Oh- How sweet. Those look like a few storybook dolls. How SWEET everything is. Bloggers ARE THE best and most generous people in the world. (you included). SweetCheeks is here sick this weekend and STILL PLAYING with that little dollhouse. That has encouraged me to drag out our big one that was built for our kids all those years ago.
Waiting to see Mr Blowmold Bunny! xo Diana

Such a talent you have to recreate your little treasures. I am amazed you were able to get a photo from inside one of the sugared eggs. Bravo!
