- In 2008, we went to the Jiangxi Province to adopt a little girl who needed open-heart surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot and hand surgery to remove an extra thumb. The snow is beautiful and couldn't have looked better on your fairy garden I miss snow, just wet and 60s here in TN we get more ice than snow, and last year was a frozen mess. Love the putz redo ! XO E
