Stay cool...
An Excessive Heat Warning continues for our area through Friday. I like summer (especially after a long winter) but 97+ degree weather is ridiculous. The girls have been living in our little above-ground pool (and loaded up with lots of sunscreen.... I promise).
After today, I'm going to be offline for several days.
I'll be back and eager to catch up.

With the heat index today is suppossed to top 114....I would kill for your pool!! :) We'll miss ya around here for the fews days your gone!
They are calling for a heat index of 115 today. I just keep trying to remind myself this is better than snow! I will miss seeing you around here for a few days. Try to stay cool.

we had 97 yesterday and it was very pleasant! :) tee! hee! course y'all are able to get out and about when you have snow - and we are snowed in with a dusting of snow! :) tee! hee! Hope y'all cool off a bit!

I was just finishing up my TTF post for this weeks party and said the same thing about the excessive heat warnings. This is crazy. The girls have the right idea! Have a fun little break!
At this point the neighborhood pool is like bath water. This looks heavenly with all the lush green around. Emma and Josie look like they are handling it swimmingly! Smiles...Renee
It's been hot in Southern California, but not too bad. Hope you have fun while you're away...and stay cool! :)
The pool is the only place to be in this heat! Or the basement. I swear it's the only cool place in my house!
