Your Dad looks so young in those pictures. Thank him for his service to our country for me!
It is Remembrance Day in Canada Day tomorrow - my daughter will be singing in a choir at a memorial service. Wishing you and your family a meaningful Veteran's Day. Both our countries are truly blessed because of the sacrifice of others.
Please give your sweet dad big thank you from the Whaley family.
A very special post, Kim...

Those pictures of your dad in the service are amazing. What a sweet gift to cherish and share with your girls...A big thank you to your dad as well! To all of those who serve and served before them. Hugs..Renee
Ah, I love those old Army pictures!Tell your
Father thank you for me and Welcome home from the Spencer family in Conover, NC! I have learned as a Blue Star Mother that the troops from Vietnam were not welcomed home when they came back!! Such a sad and embrassing part of our history. I have had the privilige of saying Welcome Home to several Vietnam vets that were my patients..I am honored to say that they welcome those words and you should have seen the sparkle in their eyes when hearing those words and then seeing those eyes fill up with tears!! It broke my heart. My son has finished his service in the Army and I am always humbled when I seeing people thanking him and welcoming him home!
God Bless our Soldiers and their families!
Your Dad was sucha baby in those pictures!! LOVE them :)
Wow, what incredible photos! Yes, thank you indeed to your father and all those who have served our country.
Beautifully done, Kim!
