My Easter Tree Reveal!

A confession.

A week ago, I had suggested to my family that I wouldn't be pulling out all the Easter decorations for our sunroom tree this year. Foot surgery on March 30th is going to keep me away from the storage area of our basement and I felt it would just be easier to not worry about it.

As you can imagine, that idea was quickly vetoed (even by my 13 year old). Everyone has agreed to help put decorations away and so with great enthusiasm, we decorated the tree last night!

Renee...your Easter garland is the perfect addition this year!

Have a lovely weekend.
Happy Easter!

I love that your kids wanted the Easter tree and it looks great. My 20 year old boy gets upset if he doesn't have his chocolate advent calendar and choc. bunny at Easter! Keep us posted on your surgery.

So glad your family stepped up so you could have your wonderful Easter tree this year! I envy the size of your tree. Mine seems to shrink each time I decorate it...or perhaps I collect too many things!
Enjoy your weekend!

love the easter tree, kim. it's remarkable how you have an entire set of ornaments perfectly suitable to any holiday. i think the next tree you decorate should be a 'super mom' one.

best of luck on the thirtieth, i'll be thinking of you!

That is a beautiful cross. One day we will run through Bronner's together oohing and aahing over all of them. Lots of hugs for you this week. Smiles...Renee

You know- you just spurred me on to do this. I was thinking about not decorating either because of everything that is going on here...but I think I need to do it, regardless of the work involved. Your tree is beautiful! BEAUTIFUL! xo Diana

Your tree is beautiful. I love that everyone wanted it up and is willing to help you!
There is a local antique store that has darling vintage looking holiday ornaments and each time I think I bet Kim K would love those.

I was wondering what was going on, you hadn't mentioned the tree in your Easter posts!! I am so glad that everyone pitched in - it looks beautiful and Renee's garland is perfect. It's so coincidental because I was telling my husband, over dinner, about your seasonal trees!

Lovely, lovely! I just finished commenting on Renee's blog that I don't do decorations except for Christmas. But seeing all the wonderful things other bloggers find for Easter makes me tempted!

This is just so special and full of eye candy. Is this your Christmas tree that you converted or a tree totally devoted for Easter?

So fun to have a full blown Easter tree. I have a white wire tree from the craft store that I decorate with tiny wood eggs, but your tree gives me inspiration for future years.

Kim,
I am playing catch up ...
Love your Easter tree and how nice of your family to volunteer to help you!
Joe keeps telling me to stop killing myself with all the decorating I do. But in my mind, it wouldn't be the same if I didn't decorate. When I physically can no longer do it then I will stop.
Praying for you when you have your surgery..

Hugs,
Deb

That's so cute! Glad you decorated it this year. It wouldn't be the same around your house without it.
