Did you sneak in some "me" time?

I managed to squeeze in a few minutes at my favorite antique/thrift store on Saturday before my nephew's birthday party. I spent a less than $5 and found a few fun goodies...ribbon, rick rack, a half apron (I think I've started a new collection with half aprons) and a handful of plastic cookie cutters.

The rabbit cookie cutter will be used later this week when Josie and I make more sugar cookies to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit.

Happy Monday!
I hope you squeezed in some "me" time this weekend.
XOXO

Great finds! I love the rabbit cookie cutter!

Hope you have a great day!

P.S. I did sneak in a trip to the mall and scored a few things for our trip to Mexico.

Oh my goodness! I'm starting to LOVE aprons!! They're so pretty and girly :)
I spent the better part of an hour at the Goodwill 1/2 off sale Saturday--all by myself (that's why it was an hour there, rather than 10 minutes!!)
Have a great week--ready for the storm?

I just loved the military party idea. Your dad was all smiles...I know that was worth it all! Boy, do I wish I had thought of something like that when my grandfather was alive...He was a decorated WWII vet.

I just love when I have a few minutes to myself...Tuesday Morning was my stop this weekend. I found some Easter decor and a great storage box for my 12X12 scrap booking paper.

Hey, I even had a few minutes to make some Chinese felt food. Tori wanted it small enough for her American Girl dolls. The spring rolls did turn out very cute! Thanks so much for sharing...

Hope the big Winter storm isn't in your path...

Happy Monday,
Cindy

I wish we had such great antique/thrift stores around here! We had a busy weekend with activities and home chores, but I did manage to squeeze in a trip to Home Goods with my mom. I bought a beautiful artificial orchid for my bedside table and Mrs. Meyer's glass cleaner!

You never leave that store without something your keen eye finds! In fact, I stopped there Saturday but they were already closed....so need to run out today. I need polish for old silver laddles~a new project!
Hope the week zooms by for you!
