Last year for New Year's, I decorated our dining room chandelier with these moon and champagne girl images found on the Graphics Fairy.
If you are into subway art, you can find this free printable here.
Don't forget to pick up the paper horns and party hats from $ Tree! You can always embellish them further with left over Christmas trim and garland.
Two Crazy Crafters have these lovely vintage images.
Don't forget to check out Family Fun.
They have loads of New Year's ideas!
Wishing you all a crafty and relaxing week ahead!
PS. The dollhouse has been in constant use this week.
We even have out Emma's dollhouse
(my childhood dollhouse...complete with stained glass windows)
Thank you for playing with your little sis, Emma!

I am loving the lazy Christmas break. Looks like you are ready to ring in the New Year.
Aw, I really love the bell garland you made :) We dont normally decorate for New Year's, but this would be cute!
LOVE the decorations, Sigh, now I'll be singing Auld Lange Syne (spelling?) all day and smiling - if I get picked up for evaluation, I'm calling you to explain it all.
I love the party hat and the cute little garland. I have simply lost steam and hope to regain some today as Michael returns to work and I gain two extra kids! Looks like my craftroom is calling and the doors going to be locked! Have wonderful crafty day. That pic of the girls is worth a thousand words...Renee
love the new year's decs, kim. you're amazing, i don't think you know what the word 'lazy' means...
enjoy every minute with those sweet girls this week. love that the dollhouse is a big hit.

I am loving the Christmas break too! It's so nice to not be on a schedule, isn't it?
I love the chandelier! I was hoping you would post it again. The graphic of the girl on the champagne bottle is one of my favorites!
Very cute! Happy New Year.
You must be type A personality-always busy on some new project or decorations. Wish I had half your drive. You are inspiring...but I think I will go sit and read a book and dream a bit. So nice to be home!
Thanks for sharing pictures of the girls playing with their dollhouses. Love to see Emma still have the joy of play!
Oh Kim,
It looks like the girls are having so much fun playing with the doll
houses and I am so jealous! If I were there I would be in the floor joining in the fun too! I can't wait to see the new organized craft space! The New Year banner is too cute!! I love the framed image!! Happy New Year's to you too!
Hugs
I love the doll houses, Kim! Looks like they are both a big hit at your house! And Miss Josie is looking oh so festive in her party hat:) Happy New Year to you all!
Who wouldn't want to play with these doll houses constantly?

Very festive New Year's decorations! Our daughters had such fun playing with their dollhouse!
I am so glad you are having a great holiday and break. I just love these days at home, too. Guess what I have been working on this week? My craft space...Oh, I am in heaven!
Hope to have some pics up soon!
Happy New Year hugs,
Cindy
PS--Working on those New Year decorations, too!
Looks like the girls are loving the dollhouse. I am loving all your photographs in this post. The bells and garland are just lovely. I have never really decorated for New Years (just CNY!), thanks for all of this inspiration.
Oh my gosh, I feel like such a loser. I NEVER decorate for New Years! Love the moon especially. : )
Ugh, still fighting a cold after a week, but at least I wasn't sick for Christmas like last year. We're about to have our attic converted into a bedroom so our kids could finally have separate bedrooms. So our whole house is a disaster! Everything from the attic had to come downstairs and in our tiny little house...we're crammed in here like sardines. The saga continues....
Looks like you know how to ring in the new year in style!
You really amaze me Kim, you always go all out for each holiday and I love seeing what you do! Your New Year's decorations are so pretty all done up with the aqua blues and love those vintage silver bells and the postcards you shared from Twyla :)
I'm sooo enjoying the pics of the dollhouse...I cannot believe how little those santas and trees are inside...just too cute!
Happy New Year to you and your family!
Big hugs,
Queenie
Love all the wonderful New Year ideas! How pretty! Thanks so much for sharing...and some great ideas!
Ruth
You've certainly given me a lot of inspiration this year, Kim! I just love all your New Year's decorations! Thanks for sharing and have a very Blessed and Happy New Year!
Blessings,
Janet
You'll be ringing in the new year in great style! Kim, I just saw your jelly cupboard makeover, and it's simply dreamy!
Wishing you health, happiness and prosperity in 2012!
You are indeed very creative and crafty. The little girl is darling.
I adore miniatures and dollhouses, thanks for sharing your charming one with us! And thank you for all the New Years resources - we still haven't figured ours out yet ACK!
Happy New Year!
I love your blog. I had a dollhouse as a child (still have it) and I love the ideas you do in your dollhouse for your daughter. I also love your crafts, you are creative and it's just a really cool blog. Thanks for making my day. Happy New Year
It looks like you are having loads of fun while on Christmas break! I am soooo jealous! I am the only one working at our house!
We are busy gearing up for New Year's Eve too! The party hats and horns are bought and ready to go!
Hope you have a Happy New Year!
What a great post. I love that garland, so sweet. Looks like the doll house is a fun place to be! Happy VTT!
