At Halloween I created this version using a lace doily along with a few glittered spiders and a vintage Halloween graphic.
Before Easter, I created this hoop using some pretty fabric, a pink doily (now available at Michael's in the $1 section) and a glittered butterfly. The fabric is secured between the hoops and the pink doily is hot-glued onto the hoop frame.
For spring, I've replace the Easter cards and added some pretty birds available at the Graphics Fairy blog.
Your hoop art could be changed out with each season or holiday, and it could even be a special birthday or Mother's day gift. It would also be darling in a nursery or little girls room.
Happy crafting!

So many great ideas for hoops. I have been picking them up at second hand shops for a display project. I love your spring hoop and the graphics and I promise you that the carrot is very happy.
I love your halloween hoop best! my daughter did the hoop thing in her apartment and then went to picture frames with beautiful fabrics in them. I'll have to get her to clean her apartment and take pics there sometime, she really has such a beautiful place and she does a great job decorating. I think Tiffany is planning on using hoops in Marlainas room when she gets to it!
have a great day Kim!

How cute these are...I don't remember seeing them before. They must be lots of fun to create and a great way to use small but pretty items.
'Waiting to see a little Chinese print in one of those hoops! A great collection of wall art!

I am a big fan of the hoop craze, also! I am hoping to somehow bring in some sort of hoop decor in little M's big girl room. Love the new blog look, too!

What a fun idea, Kim! I am in love with the pink hoop, and I especially love how it can easily be changed out for the holidays and seasons! And that card just had your name on it:) Thanks for the scan, I do believe that I will put it to good use (especially since I don't have a scanner!)!
You are soooo creative! Happy hooping!
