As a book worm, I would have loved a nook like that when I was Emma's age, what I am I saying - I would love one now. It must be so wonderful for you that she loves to read. I know some parents who have struggles that way. Have a great week Kim, I hope you are on the mend.
good morning Kim! Emma is such a pretty girl and lucky to have a place like that to hide away and read. my girls were (are) avid readers too. the boys not so much. I am not much of a reader, though every now and then I do read a book or two. I like magazines.. with lots of pictures! haha! have a greatweek.. hows that foot coming along? xoxo vivian
Ooo...Claire has one of these and of course I hung the curtains on the inside...love it on the outside. She would love this. Emma I would never leave this spot either...by the way how on earth did your mother get up there to take those pics?...Smiles..Renee
She is just so sweet and I LOVE her little nook. I would have loved to have one like that when I was her age. I used to climb a tree with a book and stay there as long as I could...I would even take a sandwich along. lol I would much rather have had an area like this- lucky girl! xo Diana
In 2008, we traveled to China to adopt a toddler who needed
heart surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot and hand surgery to remove an extra thumb. I'm always happy to share our experience with SN adoption. When I'm not at work, you might find me at an thrift/antique store or estate sale. I also love to sneak in a craft project and decorate our multiple dollhouses with my girls.
Come play with me!

What a quiant little reading hide-away :) She's certain to find herself transported to far away land of imagination in there.

What a wonderful reading nook! So perfect!
It's like every readers dream space. LOLing at that intrusive camera.

The perfect place to get lost in a story! :-) LOVE it!
I'll bet when Emma goes back to school you could sit in that special spot with a cuppa coffee and a laptop there Musing Mama!

What a special little hideaway for reading! Our three girls were avid readers. We would have needed three reading nooks.:-)
I hope the foot is continuing to improve.

I always wanted a nook like that just to curl up to the perfect book!
LOVE it!
Darling girl!
for cute pictures like that you should be allowed to invade. My kids were both bookworms and still read a ton. Great, simple way to spend time.
That is the perfect reading nook! I want one! Cute pictures!
I cannot believe I've followed you for so long that she is now SOOOO grown up looking!! What a doll! ; )
What a lucky girl! She must enjoy reading in her lovely hideaway. I wouldn't mind one myself!
That is a special oasis. So nice that she enjoys reading and that you encourage her by making a wonderful spot.
What a great place to read!! Hope you are still recovering well!! Have a great week!! ;) xo Heather
What a fun little place! I'm sure she enjoys having a special hideaway just to read!

che bella che รจ Emma!
The reading nook is such a cute place. Love those curtains. I would spend most of my time sitting there and gazing out the window instead of reading.
