Just in case...
....you happen to be doing some after-Christmas shopping and find some discounted garland, you might want to grab some. The Dollar Tree is a great resource...hint hint.
I taped some garland to ordinary party hats and party horns for some added New Year's eve "bling".

Bring on the New Year! We are attending the Make Believe Midnight at our local Children's Museum this year so I will have to drool over your party! I can't wait to see more!
